Support in case of lack of experience

If your employees assume the role of a key user in an SAP implementation project and have not previously gained any experience in similar projects, targeted measures must be taken to ensure that the SAP system is implemented:

• Link the content of the corporate structure or the relevant business processes with the integrated functions of the ERP system.
• to bring about the necessary coordination and decisions arising from the project quickly and unbureaucratically via predefined, direct communication and escalation paths with the department head level
