Processing of your personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal bases:

If you visit our website

As with most other websites, we collect data about your visit to our website. This is used to optimize the website and to display it with all its functions on the device you are using, or to store your preferences for your current or future visit. The following Internet Protocol information is routinely collected during your visit to our Web Sites: Your IP address, the Internet site from which you accessed our site, the pages you visited on our site, which Internet browser you use, the date of your visit and how long you stayed here. We process these data on the basis of legal conditions according to which the processing is permitted: (1) because this is necessary to fulfil the contract on the use of our website (Art. 6, Para. 1, Lit b, DSGVO) and (2) because we have a legitimate interest in guaranteeing the functions and error-free operation of our website and can offer you a tailor-made service as a user. There are no overriding interests or fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. f), DSGVO). We store this information for a maximum of 1 month in order to detect and track abuse. In addition, we delete or anonymise this usage data including IP addresses immediately as soon as they are no longer needed for the above-mentioned purposes.

If you provide us with contact information

We collect and process data that you have actively made available to us when you contact us via contact form, e-mail, telephone or post. This data is collected under the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO based on our legitimate interest in communicating with you and answering your inquiry, which is not overridden by your interests, rights or freedoms as you yourself have contacted us. We will not use the information as a basis for further contact for marketing purposes unless you have given us your express consent. Your contact details will be stored for six months after the request has been completed in order to be able to respond to any enquiries. We may retain your contact information for a longer period of time if required to do so by law.

Cookies

We use cookies for our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your web browser. They contain information about your browser, IP address, operating system and Internet connection. We do not pass this data on to third parties or link it to personal data without their consent. They do not endanger your computer and they do not contain any malware.

Your rights as a person affected

Right to information

You have the right to receive information from Xolution Consulting about whether your personal data has been processed or not. If we process personal data from you, you have the right to request information from us about the personal data processed by us (Art. 15 DSGVO).

Right to rectification

If incorrect personal data should be processed, you have the right to correction (Art. 16 DSGVO).

Right to delete

You have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data from us if the legal requirements (Art. 17 DSGVO) are met. You have this right in particular if personal data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, if your personal data has been unlawfully processed, if personal data must be deleted due to a legal obligation within the EU or a member state to which Xolution Consulting is subject, or if you have revoked your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request Xolution Consulting to restrict the processing of your personal data if the legal requirements (Art. 18 DSGVO) are met. You have this right in particular if you dispute the correctness of your personal data, for the duration that Xolution Consulting makes it possible to check the correctness of the personal data or if the processing is unlawful and you demand the restriction of use instead of deletion of your personal data.

Contradiction against processing
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which takes place due to article 6 paragraph 1 lit. e or f DSGVO, for reasons resulting from your special situation.   Xolution Consulting will in this case no longer process the personal data, unless we prove compelling reasons for the processing, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
